- Confirm that the PC’s Wi-Fi can discover the WLAN connector.

Troubleshooting : Issue - Cannot connect to the UAV in MAVinci Desktop.
Action:
Confirm the UAV is powered on and initialized via the UAV display screen.
- Connect to the WLAN Connector and select it from the list of Available Devices in MAVinci Desktop.
- Select Pair Channel 1. Using the UAV PIN Code, re-pair the UAV to the WLAN Connector.
Troubleshooting : Issue - RC Link to the UAV cannot be established
Action:
- Re-pair the RC controller to the UAV following the instructions in Section 3.1 of the MAVinci service manual.
Troubleshooting : Issue - The UAV cannot achieve an RTK Fix
Action:
- Check the GNSS antenna cable connection to WLAN Connector and GNSS Antenna.
- Confirm the GPS LED of the WLAN Connector shows satellites are being tracked.
- Confirm the Internal base station icon is on the Map View in MAVinci Desktop.
- Confirm that the Internal base station is started in MAVinci Desktop.
Troubleshooting : Issue - The UAV cannot achieve an RTK Fix

- Confirm that the UAV GNSS antenna is securely connected.
- Confirm the UAV is tracking GNSS satellites in the UAS status info in MAVinci Desktop.
- Confirm the UAV icon is on the Map View in MAVinci Desktop.
- Clear GNSS NVRAM via MAVinci Desktop and restart the Internal Base.
Troubleshooting : Issue - Cannot transmit a flight plan to the UAV
Action:
- Confirm that the user is connected to the UAV and WLAN Connector.
- Confirm that the UAV has a GNSS Position.
- Confirm that a flight plan has been created and calculated.
Troubleshooting : Issue - The UAV is not triggering images
Action:
- Confirm that the flight plan has been transmitted successfully to the UAV.
- Confirm that the camera SD card has available storage and is inserted properly into the camera
- Confirm that the UTC date and time is set on the UAV camera. If not, refer to section 14.7 to 14.9 of the MAVinci user’s manual.
Troubleshooting : Issue - Installing MAVinci Desktop to a new PC
Action:
- The MAVinci Desktop license is determined by the PC’s MAC address.
- A new license must be requested to MAVinci via their license manager after installing MAVinci Desktop to the new PC.
