New European Monitoring Business Development Manager

Chris Emery joins Topcon Corporation as European business development manager for monitoring. Emery will be responsible for supporting the expansion and growth of Topcon monitoring business activities, working closely with the subsidiary companies and distributors for Topcon Europe Positioning.
