MAGNET Office: Online activation

After you have purchased a license, subscription, or service plan of MAGNET software, a purchase certificate will be sent to your email. The purchase certificate will provide you with a serial number for software activation. As long as you have an internet connection, it is advisable to activate your MAGNET software via the online activation method.

To do that, please follow these steps:

  1. Launch MAGNET Office by double-clicking the MAGNET Office icon on your desktop. The Product Activation window will open. Click Next.
  1. Select the radio button for Online. Click Next.
  1. Fill in your MAGNET Enterprise credentials. Click Next.
  1. Enter your Serial number, and choose your Device ID from the drop-down menu. Click Next.
  1. Check the box to accept the terms of the license agreement. Click Next.


Activation was successful. The license field shows all activated modules and expiration dates.

Note: After online activation is complete, you'll see this message: License validation will expire in 30 days. 

This means the license will be validated by Topcon server within 30 days. However, you can ignore the message since validation is handled automatically.
